Platinum Card Website Redesign
In 2011, Continental Airlines decided to no longer participate in the elite lounge access benefit that came with Platinum Cardmembership. This caused a major drop in renewals. American Express needed to quickly address this situation, so we created a site to remind Cardmembers of the many premium benefits that still exist with their membership as well as the elite level of customer service that comes with being a Platinum Cardmember.
